Terrible Service

Substandard is an understatement for this institution.My mother and my daughter had very bad experience with this firm . We paid the necessary fees and submitted all the relevant paperwork for the driver;s licence . The staff is very rude and has absolutely no knowledge about the work. They lack respect and professionalism. The owner Ms.Deepthi , was very arrogant and even disconnected the telephone line when they were called to seek guidance on the procedure. They are never recommended for anyone with self respect. I shall personally never use their services nor recommend them.
