The Canning Industries Cochin Limited, is a pioneer in fruits and vegetable
processing, since 1947 when the Company was established as a Public Limited
Company. The Company is well known by its brand ‘CAICO’.We have variety of fruit jams like pineapple, strawberry, apricot, mixed fruit and
orange marmalade. These are all prepared from finest fruits.
Squashes and crushes are one of high fruit content with nutritious value, and we
process these items in our factory. We prepare sauces, ketchups of Tomato.
where we pick up the fruits from farms and the whole preparation process is
done by the people at CAICO. Similarly, we have Green Chilly sauces, Soya Sauce
and Red chilly sauce, and introduced Chilly Garlic sauce for barbecue preparation.

We have fruit juices like Mango, Apple etc ready to serve. We have a beverage
plant with an installed capacity of 2000 liter per hour.
In addition to this, we have fruit bars, cordials and concentrates as desired by our
customers.
