About Hasi's Kitchen

“ Hasi’s ” is Haseena,none other than the owner and founder of Hasi's Kitchen.She is from a hotelier family having lot of culinary recipes and cooking techniques. Hasi from her experience of running family owned restaurants,always wanted to have her own signature in her choice of menu where she can highlight mesmerizing taste of her exemplary recipes.

Hasi’s kitchen is the fulfillment of her dream. She has also tried to deploy a team with only female members to prepare and serve her culinary delights which makes Hasi unique in its own way.

When we hear about Biriyani a lot of varieties come in to our mind. They vary in look, taste ,aroma etc.This is because of the type of rice and ingredients used.People choose different varieties as per their taste buds .

ASIS CHICKEN AND MUTTON BIRIYANI
Keeping customer choices in mind Hasi's has formulated a blend of spices and selected rice for our biriyani. Here we have introduced a blend of Northern Kerala(Thalassery& Calicut) style using aromatic jeera rice and homemade Ghee.
If you are looking for a place to eat with family or friends, and fill your bellies with traditional non vegetarian Kerala food, then Hasi's Kitchen is your next stop. Restaurant has a nice ambience, but don't come here expecting fine dining experience. The people who work here are very friendly, trying their best to meet everyone's needs during the rush hour. Every dish has nice flavor, you will notice they use lot of Red Chili in their dishes. "Kozhi Nirachudu"(Whole Chicken Roasted with boiled eggs & gravy) is one of their famous dish, all their biryani's, meat dishes, and seafood are awesome. The prices are not that expensive, probably why all the dishes lack presentation. Also, if it is a busy weekday you struggle for parking spot to park your car; thank goodness I went on a Sunday with family. Do come and try the food here, and you will understand why people are flocking in here.
