the building Industry. In April 2004, we started INTDECOR, the first subsidiary firm
of Thalikkunnil Sales Incorporate at Kowdiar, Trivandrum to distribute Alltek coating
products and Fosroc Construction chemicals. Later we have strated Intarch, Quilon Intdecor
and Introof for the easy operation and to make maximum reach to the customers. Today,
we are one of the leading distribution company in Kerala, with distributorship of various
National and International brands in different segments for the building industry with
operations in Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanamthitta and Kottayam districts of Kerala

of Thalikkunnil group. We, formerly known as Intarch Engineering Services are the
authorized applicators of FOSROC Construction Chemicals, TATA TERMEX Pest controlling
systems and HERITAGE Surface Textures. In April 2004, Thalikkunnil group has
started Thalikkunnil Sales Incorporate at Kowdiar, Trivandrum to distribute building
industry related products in South Kerala. Later the group has diversified its business to
Engineering services by starting Thalikkunnil Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2006
Today, Thalikkunnil Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. are the largest water proofing company
in Kerala offering all types of civil engineering services to most of the Corporate, Industries,
Builders, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, State, Central and Semi Govt. organizations
across south India since 2006. At present, we have offices and execution units in
Trivandrum, Kollam, Kottayam and Nagerkoil and planning to start offices in Cochin and

Thalikkunnil Home Decor, Interior division of Thalikkunnil Group In April
2004, Thalikkunnil group started Thalikkunnil Sales Incorporate (Intdecor, Introof & Quilon
Intdecor) to distribute building industry related products. Later, the group diversified its
business to Engineering services and interiors by starting Thalikkunnil Engineering Services
Pvt. Ltd. and Thalikkunnil Home Décor. Thalikkunnil Home Décor was inaugurated by the
worshipful Mayor of Thiruvananthapuram Adv. K. Chandrika on 14th July 2011.
Presently, THD is dealing with Modular Kitchen, Wardrobe, Home furniture, etc.
of GODREJ and Chimneys, Hobs, Cook tops, Ovens, Coffee Maker, Dish washer, Exhaust fan
etc. of CATA Spain. Our trained team of engineers and interior designers take site
measurements and prepare interior designs and drawings to get a complete solution for the
home décor according to the requirement, choice and taste of the customer. We have our
