About Vinca Lake House

Tranquil, Tropical and Tree Fringed -Vinca Lake House is a home away from home, cradles on the banks of india's longest lake, The Vembanad Lake. Spread across a glorious 205 square kilometers, the lake traverses several districts of Kerala, the south Indian state we dearly call God's own country.

Our home stay offers a picture perfect piece of paradise nestled on the lush shore of the backwaters of Kumarakom. Ultra spacious bedrooms, living room and a dining area, a swim in the sun-kissed pool, Open-to-sky bathrooms, Lake View sitout, some authentic Ayurvedic therapies or night in private houseboat, take your pick. At The Vinca Lake House, we don't run short of magnificent views to treat you.

Designed in Laurie Baker style of construction, this villa is built on wire-cut bricks. It is Eco-friendly because it does not require constant painting after every Kerala monsoon. Wood and tiles from old Kerala homes have been used inventively. Solar panels tap into a green source of energy.
