We have submitted a request to change the address of our Adhar Card on the 18th Jan 2017. It is very unfortunate to say that till date we have not received our address renewed cards.To make things worst when we approach the authorities we do not get any response. The authorities act in a very un responsible manner. They are not able to provide a convencing reason for the delay.It is a shame to know that such an important document of identification is been handled by inefficient authorities.I fin
