About Well Build Design

Well Build Design was founded by Er: A.A Abdul Rahiman Rawther C. Engg, who is having 40 years of professional experience in Design and Construction sectchools, or, with a vision to enter into a core sector business, Building design and construction, from land development, Master Plan, Investigation, Architectural drawings ,Foundation and Structural designs , Electrical and Plumbing design, Interior Design and Garden design with Land Scaping which had an immense potential was the obvious choice at that time.

35 years experience in Government Sector at various positions the founder was personally involved in design and construction of various Speciality Hospitals, Colleges and Schools, residential and Amenity buildings , Assembly buildings. After public service a building consultancy service was started with leading Architects and Senior Engineers in design and construction management sector.

From 2014 onwards taking up planning and design of various colleges, Schools ,Hospitals, Mosques , Flats , Villas, Low cost houses etc.. We promote Low cost construction techniques giving much emphasis for middle people. More than 900 such houses were designed and constructed giving importance to Appropriate Technology. From the right beginning we promote Ferro-cement constructions in form of housing large capacity tanks ,Ready made Building parts ,Residential buildings ,artistic buildings ,large domes and shells etc. . The Organization has grown from strength to strength striving hard to transform that vision into reality with conventional and non-conventional construction techniques in a view .to provide cost and energy efficient ,durable and user friendly housing to all.

We were committed to site survey and investigations, Detailed soil study, Master plan and Project Reports, Total Design, Supervision and Quality Control of all types of buildings and Civil Engineering Structures and provide services to the Customer with an objective to exceed their expectations We shall ensure compliance to statutory, regulatory and legal requirements relevant to construction industry.
