A high qualified well trained Surgical Hepatologist, Surgical Pancreatologist, Surgical gastroenterologist, Surgical Oncologist, Minimally access and Liver transplant / Multi-visceral transplant surgeon with more than 15 years experience. First Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary and liver transplant surgeon in South India (Fifth in the country) holding the degree of MCh HPB surgery from the prestigious Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, New Delhi (Largest liver university in the world). Dr Murali is the first fully Indian trained Gastro/HPB surgeon to get Fellow of European Board of Surgery Degree (FEBS) in Surgical Oncology, General Surgery and Multivisceral Retrieval and Transplant surgery. He is the first Liver Transplant surgeon from Central Travancore to start Live Donor Liver Transplantation and Paediatric Liver Resection programs.
