We had an awful experience at KFC kollam outlet. We placed our order at 4.03 and waited more than 30 to 40 minutes. The staff was not giving any attention to us , they ask to wait 10 minutes then we asked several times for our order. That was not giving any value for our time or for our money that we spend for our food. The crew treated us bad and we refund our money back. Dominos is better than you from the experience that we had today in KFC at kollam
