T.K.M. Institute of Technology is the latest institute to be established by the T.K.M. College Trust. This institute started functioning in the year 2002 and has the approval of the AICTE. It is affiliated to the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). The Institute now offers B-Tech courses in six disciplines.
