The NLP approach is solution oriented brief therapy. The emphasis is on the present moment and future outcome.
Each interaction contains specific questions intended to provide greater insight and awareness of how we get stuck in our limiting patter... ns and how to get “unstuck.” Based on the answers to these questions and the presenting symptoms, we determine the appropriate NLP technique or intervention.
Our results are powerful and long lasting, but our orientation is short term. That means that you may come for one session or several. We are flexible about frequency and duration.
