Founded in April 2017 by two visionary cousins, Vintage Events is Kerala’s premier event management company. With a passion for crafting luxurious and unforgettable experiences, we have grown from a humble beginning to organizing over 2000+ events across India, including weddings, destination weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, and intimate celebrations.
Through seven incredible years, we’ve become a trusted name in the industry, known for our seamless creativity and dedication to making every event, big or small, a truly memorable experience. Our client-centric approach ensures that every celebration reflects the unique dreams and visions of our clients.

Our Marvelous Journey
The journey of Vintage Events began with two dreamers—Vishnu Shovi, a Business Administration graduate, and Aravind Saji, a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering. Their shared entrepreneurial spirit and passion for events led them to start their firm in Thodupuzha, Idukki, initially catering to weddings and small parties within their local community.
As word spread about our dedication to excellence, our client base grew to include neighboring districts such as Eranakulam,Pathanamthitta, Kollam, Alappuzha, and Thiruvananthapuram. With hard work and a focus on client satisfaction, we expanded our operations to the Malabar region and beyond Kerala, leaving our mark across South India, including Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Goa, and Maharashtra.
From organizing grand celebrity weddings and destination weddings to curating intimate gatherings, our team specializes in crafting personalized experiences within every client’s budget. Over the years, we’ve extended our expertise to a wide range of celebrations, including engagements, receptions, bachelor parties, bridal showers, baby showers, anniversaries, and birthday parties.
