About Anuranjana Yoga Retreat & Meditation(AYRM)Cen

Anurajana Yoga Retreat and Meditation Centre is run by the Catholic Priests. This centre offers one week long yoga retreat, Complete Silent Meditation (Vippasana Method but Christian point of view)and Personality Development Workshop. You may choose any one of the course according to your need and convenience. Classes are in malyalam.
There are eight faculty members who are handling various Socio-Psycho-Spiritual subjects, including psychological test, Person centred Counselling, and doctors check up. This centre is oriented for social, mental, Physical health and spiritual awakening. We provide total food and accommodation for 30 participants only. Director, Fr. Joby Payyappilly, Msc.(C.Psy), M. MPhil (C&G), and Msc.(Yoga).

a centre of integral knowledge with silence, meditation, and yoga for all. the centre is run by catholic priest along with other faculties.they provide good accomodation and food for the participants.
