About Byhand Kochi

BYHAND is a premium ethnic fashion brand that promotes everything ethnic and handmade. The passion to market eco-friendly, handwoven, hand block printed, hand dyed apparel to the masses at GBTIP (Going Back to India Price) and to put the planet before anything else, drove Mr.Rajendra Prasad to establish BYHAND in 2017. He always had a keen interest in crafts and Indian heritage from a young age. BYHAND was birthed out of that interest and was inaugurated on 29th November by the Mayor of Cochin — Smt. Soumini Jain. Since that day, we have been growing by leaps and bounds.

BYHAND believe in “Traditional Wear in a Contemporary Style”. We have started a movement that helps promote a socially conscious lifestyle. All our apparel is refreshingly simply and celebrates Indian Craft. Every woman defines herself through her own personal style. BYHAND is for people who are conscious about the choices they make. Our products are all designed with the idea to make the wearer proud and to feel good about themselves. This feel-good-factor comes from knowing that BYHAND is on a mission to enable sustainable livelihoods for artisans by eliminating the middleman.
