He is collecting advance payment minimum Rs. 10,000/- onwards from the patents of the student on the ground that the seat is limited and if you remit advance payment , then the seat will be reserved for your child , otherwise admission for your child will be difficult. Also, he is not returning the advance payment to the parents in case the student is not reported for study due to an emergency/ incidental situation. On 29.12.2014 I have paid Rs.10,000/- as an advance against admission to my Son. Unfortunately, due to some unavoidable personal problems , I have compelled to cancel the plan of study of our son in your institute and accordingly I have communicated to him on 10.6.2015 over phone and on 12.6.2015 through e-mail which is approx. one month advance prior to start up of classes in your institute. Even then, he has not refunded the amount so far.
