CTDCM (Civil Talents Diploma in Construction Management)
A Civil Engineer is hired by a firm for different departments such as Billing Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Planning Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, Project Manager, Tendering Engineer, etc. (There is no job such as Civil Engineer in any firm !) CTDCM (Civil Talents Diploma in Construction Management) is a consolidated Diploma Course in which training for all the Departments are covered. The modules contain the preliminary or Level I training of all 6 major disciplines. (Under the course, a student is trained for all these major departments).

Quantity Survey using QTO. (MS Excel for detailed QS works)
ArchiCAD (BIM) Basics
Bill preparation in MS Excel
Introduction for Mind mapping software for scheduling (from 2020 batch onwards)

Course highlights

Course Duration is 7 months (Class room Theory and software -4 months + working on live projects – 3 months).
Full time Course (Theory – 3 hours/ day + Exercise / site work – 3 hours) from Monday to Friday for 4 months
Practical training will be given at real working sites for 3 months
Admission criteria shall be fulfilled based on interview.
A Project Report & Portfolio shall be submitted based on practical exposure.
Assistance to make own BLOGS using the email id of students.
Successful students will get a Diploma from CivilTalents and an experience certificate from the builder/ training company.
Job assistance shall be provided for all students who successfully complete the courses.

SQIP (Staff Quality Improvement Program)
Training for Employees
We have customized Quality Improvement Program(QIP) for Employees from Corporate, Consulting Firms and Construction Companies. Your firm might be big or small, yet your staffs are your genuine resources. Your representatives will most likely be unable to refresh their technical insight and mindfulness on most recent patterns and practices because of busy schedule of every day works. We have training modules from 2 day rapid course to 2 weeks crash courses. The subjects shall be chosen by the employer. Our charges shall be born by the Employer.

Construction Technology for Non-Engineering Executives
Special training (one to one) is available for non Civil Engineering Executives who owns or take the responsibility of Construction Business. 1 week training program available in the capacity of CEO, MD or Partners. It is fair to get a better and clear understanding of Civil Engineering Vocabulary for a smooth management of things. (It will really ease the work of your subordinates and you can take decision quickly and avoid losses)

MEP Training for Civil Engineers
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) training will be given to Civil Engineers/Architects. (2 weeks duration). Civil Engineers or Architects feel difficulty to manage the normal construction works – now a days , 35% of the works are MEP related. Due to this they will avoid MEP related works.
