District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum

Today I Went to purchase sweets for Rs 100 from Delecta Bakery ,Opp Ashoka Hospital , Bank Road and gave the Debit card for swaping . They told that minimum purchase should be for Rs 200 to swap the card and did not give the sweets. This system is not heard anywhere. Hope you will look into it and confirm whether this is applicable or not.
