Mother India International Residential Public School was established in 2016 by the Mother India International Residential Public School Society, which is charitable body registered under the Travancore-Cochin Literary Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act-1955. It is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) under Affiliation No. 930334. The Society functions in the School Campus itself
