The card holders would be covered under accidental insurance coverage and accidental hospitalization benefits (only for Gold & Platinum Card holders) to a certain level from insurance provider registered by IRDA.


Platinum Card

Rs 100,000 accidental insurance coverage and accidental insurance hospitalization up to Rs 10,000 (in bed patient for more than 24 hours)
Hospital cash benefit of Rs.500/Day subjected to maximum of 90,000/Year (Max 180 Days/year)
Double benefit (Rs 1,000/Day) in case of admission in ICU up to 30 days in a year
1 day allowance in case of admission for a day care procedure
Gold Card

Rs 50,000 accidental insurance coverage A
Accidental insurance hospitalization up to Rs 10,000 (in bed patient for more than 24 hours)
The insurance coverage would be starting only after the card activation; customer can activate the card by online or by telecall at 9388900100. All such activations will be informed to Card holders by SMS or email. Its card holder’s responsibility to get the card activated and avail the insurance coverage. Miyamiya has various charity care non profitable programs including but not limited to natural disasters; we corporate with pain & palliative and other charitable organizations in various aspects of socio-economic movements. By being an MPC holder or Associate Miyamiya ensures our customers participation in all our CCP indirectly.
