M.E.S. International School, Pattambi was established in 1978 with a view to provide formal education to those who were deprived of it. The school is sponsored by the Muslim Educational Society (Regd.) Calicut and is managed by the local unit of the above organisation.

The school is situated in a 6 acre plot in a quiet and serene atmosphere, about 400 metres west of Pattambi Railway Station and the Bus Stand.

The school is affiliated to CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) Delhi since 1995 with affiliation No. 930072 and school no. 06584. MES school, Pattambi is one of the major CBSE Examination Centre in the Palakkad District wherein more than 10 schools’ candidates are enrolled to write exam every year.
