About SUVAIDYA Ayurveda Hospital

Suvaidya is a brand of PKMM Ayurvedic Hospital. PKMM Ayurvedic hospital, the representative of our ancestor from which we have inherited efficiency in the field of Ayurveda. The heritage started in 1923 from Manafi'ul Insan Vaidyasala which was established by Poozhikkal Kunjahammed Musliyar who was a well known physician in Edarikkode and surrounding vilages.He was not only a physician but also a social worker who started 4 primary schools. After his demise his sons Dr. Poozhikkal Ibrahim Haji and Dr. Poozhikkal Hussain took the charges respectively. Bth of them worked as Medical Officer in Govt. Service.

After the demise of Dr Hussain, his son, Dr Poozhikkal Sirajudheen took the charges as Medical Director of the Institution . He started two more clinics at Klari South and at Iringavoor. The I.P facilities in all these centres were united by him under an umbrella and named as Dr.P Hussain's PKMM Ayurvedic Hospital. In the running time a small manufacturing unit to cater the needs of the patients was also started by him at Edarikkode.
