There are few choices for you, including VIP Service, Food, Utility, House keeping, Nursing care, basic laundry and 24 hour security. There is another specialty for this retirement villa is, If your loved ones or parents are residents in this Holy Family Villa and if you are living or working abroad, you can stay with them when you visit them for a few days or a couple of weeks. There will be an A/C Guest Room for you. You will also receive a VIP service. So you do not have to worry about your stay.
Fees and Charges:- 1. St Joseph Block - Seven Thousands per month plus Three lakhs deposit.
2. Holy Mary Block - Ten Thousands Per month plus Three, Lakhs deposit.
3. Holy Family Block - Thirteen Thousand per month and three Lakhs deposit
