Elegance Architects had its humble beginning in the year 2013 and since we have grown into a respectable firm. "Elegance architects" was formed by Architect Edu Anand Raj and former Town planner Sri. N K Raju. At Elegance Architects we deliver architectural design services, Interior design, landscaping, product design, and construction. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services.

Every design is a creative process here, which starts with a series of detailed discussion with the client to understand their needs. Then after an evaluation of the location, its topography, soil type etc and keeping in mind all the requirements of the client, our team develops a concept- based, custom-designed solution that is aesthetically appealing, comprehensive, high on space utility and yet very cost effective.

EDU ANAND RAJ :

Edu Anand Raj has done plenty of design and construction while being a student at Tamilnadu school of Architecture (TSA) Coimbatore. After graduating with a bachelor degree in Architecture he worked in Dubai as an Architect in a reputable firm for a year and began pursuing his dream of starting his own architecture firm along with his father Sri N K Raju who was the former Town planner of Pathanamthitta. Edu Anand is very passionate and dedicated to creating remarkable design and keen about the execution of the same.

N K RAJU :

A social worker turned Town Planner, Retired from Town Planning Department as District Town Planner, Proven his skill and ability in the preparation of layout plan for various uses such as residential, commercial, interstitial and the like.
During his tenure in the Town Planning Department, he had actively participated in the preparation of development plan for Kochi city, Perumbavoor Ml. Town in Ernakulam District, Development plans for Kottayam and Vaikom Ml. Towns and for Paravoor Ml. Town in Kollam District. During the service period he heads the Town Planning Staff Association - State Organization as President and Sectary for a period of one decade.
He is a well-known person in Building Design and execution activities. He did his Post Diploma study in Town Country Planning from Chennai, Vasthu Sastra and Interior Design and Decoration from prestigious institution at Kerala. His reputation as an Engineer come Town Planner and social worker is of high significant and un comparable.
