Having our office with all modern facilities, trained & qualified engineers having long experience in valuation with strong data bank of land rates / construction rate of the government department.

We are the first IBBI Registered Valuers from Kottayam.

Since 1989 in the Survey & Construction Industry and later into Valuation from 1999. Managing a Team of Engineers, Surveyors & Valuers. Er. Jose Chacko is Government Registered Valuer in Kottayam having an experience of more than 20 years in the field of property valuation.
