The Company commenced in the year 1982 under the proprietorship of T.M. Michael engaged in civil and communication contract works in Goa. As part of diversification of business activities, a manufacturing unit for all types of concrete products established during 1990 in the name of Michael & Michael Pipes Pvt. Ltd. having Registered Office at Cardozo Building, Patto, Panaji Goa, branches & Sister Concerns spread over in Goa and Kerala. The Company is managed by Board of Directors.

Company is Headed by T.M Michael in Goa and Kerala. The Manufacturing of R.C.C pipes and Products in Goa is looked after by Shino Michael, Contracts in Goa are Looked after by Shone Michael and contracts in Kerala are looked after by Ciril Michael.

We have also been undertaking civil contract works. We are specialized in specific jobs like Ballastless Track laying for Metro, Road restoration and development works and Horizontal Directional Drilling. The contract works are spread all over Goa and Kerala are being looked after by Shino Michael, Shone Michael and Ciril Michael, the sons of T.M.Michael, the Managing Director.
