About Global EC Build

We are the manufacturers of Earthen building block in the brand name ' Global Build' and is situated in the outskirts of Mulanthuruthy, 8km away from Mulanthuruthy (200m from pampra junction on Mulanthuruthy-piravom route via Vettical). Process of manufacturing is powdered Laterite soil mixed with cement and compressed in a Hydraulic press with a pressure of 150 bar on both sides of the Mould where by compressing 21000 cubic cm to 9000 cubic cm which enables high compressive strength to the blocks and is tested in GCDA lab and proved to be 54kg/cm square. Water absorption ratio less than 6%.

Advantages of Global Ec-Build

1 High compressive strength : The block tested in GDCA material testing lab and is reported 54kg/square cm

2 Low Thermal conductivity : Being made of red earth the heat conductivity is minimized so a very good cooling effect is felt inside rooms

3 Termite Control : Particles of the bricks are so thickly compressed using Hydraulic press which prevents termites to be penetrated through the blocks

4 Light weight: Dry weight of the blocks are 15.35/piece so unladen weight of the building is lowered which can save a remarkable amount in primary of basic works like piling, foundation and other subsequent works.

5 Water absorption: Water absorption rate is minimum, less than 6%

6 Material saving: Global EC build can be pasted eash other using cement grout, 300 to 400 bricks can be pasted with one bag of cement where by use of 'M' sand may be fully eliminated and cost of construction can be minimized and saved upto 40%. Bricks are so evenly molded so that plastering thickness can also be minimized.

7 labour cost savings: One the process of construction using cement grout method the labour for preparing cement mortar and its handly may be avoided and the cost of which may be saved.

8 Zero wastage: On using Global “EC' build wastage due to broken blocks and cutting waste are minimum, certain extend we can say zero percent because Global EX build can be cut in to a thickness of 2 cm and even less than that.

9 Finish: Surfaces of Global 'EC Build is very smooth finished so it is very suitable for exposed works of villa projects, resorts and show walls etc.

10 Crack: No cracks were found on plastered, putty finished and painted walls since one year.
