COMBUSTION TECHNOLOGY
Incinerators are recognized as the most effective and practical solution for waste disposal across the World. It help in preventing harmful substances from being disposed off that can lead to drainage which pollute our water sources and can cause increased toxicity.
Ecozone specifically design incinerators to ensure high levels of heat inside it. The Controlled Oxygen Rotating Technology (CORT)converts combustible solid wastes into pure ash within minutes adhering to the emission standards set by environmental agencies.
The furnace is well insulated with materials which guarantee the temperature within the closed chamber reaches very high within just 2 to 3 minutes pending up on the nature and wetness of the waste.
The double layer insulation prevents the radiant heat energy emission and keep the equipment cool on the outside while waste is being burnt at a very high temperature inside. High quality steel is used for the chimney, which can specifically withstand temperatures up to 1250 degree Celsius. The remnant is pure ash, which can be further used mainly as fertilizer and also for other manufacturing purposes.
Ecozone incinerators consist of five layers and inside these layers, a very high temperature is attained within a short while and the same is maintained for hours. The chances of Dioxin exposure are rare due to this. The built-in emission control devices effectively prevent particulates, reduce the density of fumes and smell and ensure normal emissions. The five layer thermal insulated chamber ensures normal atmospheric temperature on the outer surface even while the unit is working. This secure ease and safe use for operators.
