Spice-o-mania is real! We are kidding, but our love for spices is infact real. We drew inspiration from three continents and married our passion for food and service to evolve the FH24 concept! Star of the show – Piri Piri chillies! Originating from Africa, the Portuguese took these magical flavour-pots from the bird’s eye family all across the globe including India. Blending these chillies with a host of spices and herbs is at the heart of the FH24 concept. Fresh (never frozen) meat is cooked in a signature 2-step signature process after 24-hours of marination. The flame-grill renders a beautiful tone after dashing a sauce of your choice mild, herby lemon, hot or crazy hot! Relish our side-kicks including the unique “Rys” and home-made breads.
