Porukara Junior College & Central School was founded by Rev. Fr. Thomas Thayil CMI, in 1995. Ever since its inception the School is a beacon of hope, life, and education. The School is owned and managed by Mount Tabor Educational and Charitable Society, Gagultha Monastery Champakulam. It is affiliated to C.B.S.E, New Delhi.
